Pedabo’s international reach expands significantly with Morison International and KSi merger

February 8, 2016

Pedabo Professional Services, an active member of international association Morison International (MI) since 2012, is delighted to announce that it has significantly expanded its international reach, following the merger of MI with another leading association, KS International (KSi), to form Morison KSi.

Pedabo Professional Services will have an even-greater geographical reach, with 375 offices in 88 countries, and immediate access to an increased pool of international specialists to service clients’ increasing international needs.

“Being a member of the merged association, Morison KSi, gives us access to an even stronger offering of international services, skills and service line experience – allowing us to exceed our clients’ expectations.” says Fashina Ajibade, Managing Partner, Pedabo Professional Services.

“Member firms are extremely excited about this significant development. The improved skills and experience which are now available to them will help them further service their clients’ international needs – a truly effective alternative to the big four and other international groups.” says Liza Robbins, CEO of Morison KSi.

Both associations are well known for their focus on high quality members, with vast experience in dealing with cross-border assignments. The merger, which will create a US$1 billion strong international association, will be effective as of 1 April 2016.
